Where do you deliver?
We ship our products world wide.
What are the costs of returning products
Please note that you must pay the shipping costs yourself.
The cost depends on the weight and size of the product.
Will be there any other costs?
Some countries outside the EU may charge import costs.
Can I make chances to the shipping-adress?
No problem, if the package has not yet been registered. If the parcel has already been registered, this is unfortunately no longer possible.
What should I do if my return is not accepted?
We do not ship it back to you free of charge, you just have to pay the shipping costs.
PRODUCTS
A product is out of stock, will it be restocked?
Almost all collections are only produced in limited numbers, in order to remain unique. Only POCA SKINCARE is supplemented as usual.
It sometimes happens that there is a restock. Would you like to be kept informed? Make sure you subscribe to our newsletter and keep an eye on our socials.
Do I need an account to order items?
You don't need an account to shop our products.
Are all products made sustainably?
We strive to act in a fully sustainable way. Both the product and the packaging.

Are all POCA LOU products sustainable?
All our products are as good as sustainable. Where we have influence, we make them sustainable.
This includes reusable packaging, environmentally friendly materials and ingredients.
Sustainable packaging
We only use recycled material for shipping. And we use a low waste shipping method.
Do you ship in a CO2 neutral way?
YES! We believe that working in a CO2 neutral way is very important. Because we send free flowerseeds with the products, you can make flowers grow on your own patch. We offset the CO2 this way. And it is not only good for the CO2, but also for the bees. And, it looks very cosy too!
What is my order status?
With the track and trace you can keep an eye on your order. You will receive this by e-mail when your order is shipped.
What are the shipping times?
We try to dispatch your order within 24 hours. This only works when it is in stock.
ORDERS
Why did I not get an order confirmation?
It may take a few hours before you receive an e-mail. If this is not the case, please contact us. Send an e-mail with your details and product(s) ordered to malouvangorp@outlook.com. We will then contact you as soon as possible.
How do I cancel my order?
Be quick! Please contact us directly if you want to cancel your order. Send an e-mail to malouvangorp@outlook.com with your cancellation proposal. Please note that this is not a guarantee that it can be cancelled.
Can I make changes to my order?
When you send your order, it is processed immediately. Please contact us as soon as possible and ask about the possibilities.

When will I receive my money back?
When we receive your returned items, they will be refunded within 2 weeks.

Why I found POCA LOU?
I have wanted to do something to become more sustainable for a long time. Because improving the world starts with yourself. This was very high on my list. It is more important than ever to take good care of our planet. I came up with POCA LOU.
I cannot do it on my own. Together we can make the world a better place by making conscious purchases. That take the environment into account wherever possible.

THE BRAND
Why POCA LOU?
When I was little, POCAHONTAS already inspired me. The way she looks at the world.
With POCA LOU, I also want to inspire people and make a better world together. POCA in Spanish is a little and LOU because my all of my friends and family always call me LOU.
The logo had to look a bit like a X because that symbolises working together.
And in the spiritual alphabet,
the letter X symbolises communication. An open and honest communication and empathising with the other person's point of view and experience can solve many problems and misunderstandings here on earth.
So let us all follow in someones footsteps for once, and you will learn things you never knew, you never knew!
