You can return your ordered, unused, unworn or washed items, with their labels and in their original packaging within 14 days. Please follow the instructions to submit your return:

Download and print the return form.

Fill in the return form and add it to the box.

Go to a postal company and send the box to the return address indicated on the return form.

Please note that you must pay the return costs.

After sending your return, you will receive a receipt with a tracking code. Please keep this receipt as it is your proof of shipment. Once we have received your returned items, we will usually process them within 2 working days. It takes up to 15 working days to process your refund.
